stylesheets folder and qss files in windows version (2022.12.0-353) are disappeared

Hi, The recent version of RStudio (2022.12.0-353) doesn't have a stylesheets folder or qss file that changes the color of the menu bar.

Could you let me know how I can apply the qss file to the new version?
