Hello, the next time you get this behavior could you please open the browser console and share a screenshot or report back any errors that you see? It will help us investigate faster.

The following would also be useful:

  • Mac or PC?
  • Browser
  • Are you using a VPN?

You can reach the browser console in Chrome by right clicking and selecting Inspect or using Command + Option + J on a Mac. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out!! This just started happening last week. 3 years using Posit.Cloud on my laptop and never had this issue :frowning:

I use zscaler
PC-Windows
Happening on Chrome, Edge and Firefox
