Struggling to download RStudio on Chromebool

I managed to install r and rstudio but when I try to open rstudio the application it gets stuck trying to open and I see a loading circle over it in the pin bar. (picture is attached) R works fine in the terminal in Linux Debien 12. My Chromebook is 64 bit with version Version 120.0.6099.235 (latest version) and an intel CPU.
