Strata function/Creating Blocks with pairwise.adonis

Hi,
I was able to successfully incorporate the strata function in adonis 2 using setBlocks(perm) code but I have 3 treatments so I need to run a pairwise.adonis to see where the significances lie, however, as far as I know there is no way to incorporate the strata/block function into the pairwise comparison, or is there?
