status was 'SSL connect error' when enable Github copilot

when i tick Enable Github Copilot in Global Options->Copilot, it shows

and warning message in Console

But, i can open this url with Microsoft Edge and download the file, named github-copilot.vim-v1.8.4-0-g1358e8e.tar.gz. I want to know how to enable github copilot
