Staggered adoptin - Diff-in-Diff approach in R

Has anyone experiences in applying this?

You probably shouldn't be using differences-in-differences beyond the simple case of two groups and two time periods. See On the Use of Two-way Fixed Effects Regression Models for Causal Inference with Panel Data

Thanks but interest lies more in the application of these models in R: the only package I found was the did package.

You'll find additional resources on rseek. Without a more specific question, preferably a reproducible example, called a reprex, a diffuse, open ended question is less likely to produce helpful answers.
