I wanted to ask you if you know a function that would allow you to perform an automatic spatial or spatial-temporal cluster because i'am trying to develop a shiny app that can run a spatial and spatial-temporal cluster analysis from raster files.
I have tried many packages and functions in order to run a space and space-time cluster, but all those I have tried all need the input of parameters in the function that often users of a shinyapp do not have the knowledge for the determination.
Please help me
