I've installed SNFtool and need to run codes directed in Similarity NEtwork FUSION (SNF) to make clusters of patients. Does anybody know how I could run the R codes and from which script I should start? Their package also includes data samples so it should be straightforward but I'm confused. I appreciate if you could help.

This package has been removed from CRAN, so it's inconvenient to install. Try help("SNFtool") to see if there is a vignette; otherwise, it will be necessary to scan the help pages for examples of how functions in the package are used with the provided datasets. Some guidance may be available through the authors' 2014 paper available through academic libraries or purchase (at less that US$10, an unusually reasonable price).
