Hello,
I am having a problem with an app hosted in shinyapps.io. We have a Basic Plan. The problem is that when I send to make a specific plot in the cloud it takes too long to create the plot, but when I do it in local machine it takes very few seconds.
I am not sure what it could be the problem. I am using terra package to open this data. Could be a problem of shinyapps.io?
And now, also, I am having problem to connect to my shinyapps.io account. I do not know if is a problem of my user? I am getting these strange ups and down lately in my account.
But I am not getting response.
Do you know if there is a problem with shinyapps.io service??
