Show the shiny app only of iframes of a specific website?

Hello,
I am going to embed the shinny app I build (Siny R Server Open Source on "my" VPS) in a worpdress page (which is restricted by a user password).
I would like that the app loads only in the iframe of this wordpress site, and not directly in the original place (not in a iframe)?

Do you see ways to do that?

PS : Vimeo works this way -> you can load some videos only on certain website, but I have no clue on how to do that.
