Shortcut for "Add Cursor Above/Below Current Cursor" isn't working

Until recently, I've been using the Ctrl+Alt+Up and Ctrl+Alt+Down keyboard shortcuts when using the Editor in RStudio Desktop (Version 1.3.1093, Windows 10, 64). I love this function but I can't seem to use it anymore. I checked under Tools > Modify Keyboard Shortcuts... and find that the shortcut is unchanged.

Any ideas for how to fix this issue? Thank you in advance.
