Hello everyone, I am having this problem with my shinyappsio account. I recently made a new deploy of an app that I had archived. Today I see that my account is suspended.
I did not exceed the number of hours in the free tier.

Unfortunately this seems like a case we are not able to help you with as community users as you likely (unintentionally) violated one of the shinyapps.io policies.
The only thing I can suggest is try and contact them directly at shinyapps-support@posit.co, though this service is normally only for paid customers so I'm not certain you will receive a response.
