Shinyapps (suddenly) not connecting to database: Failed to connect to database

Hi. Today I was reported that my apps that are connecting to databases (Amazon RDS, Mysql) are having problems
They show this message "Failed to connect to database: Error: Can't connect to MySQL server (110)"
I don't have any problems connecting from my computer (in R or tableau).

I'm wondering if there's an open issue on this. Thank you
