Posit Cloud Login Issues

I am posting this here because, with a Free account, I cannot contact any Posit representative to have my issue solved.

For a week, I have reset my password every day and attempted to login on a account I use for school, and another I use for work. Neither account works, despite repeated and very meticulous attempts to reset the password (i.e., saving them in my browser to avoid typos).

This is delaying my efforts and my job, and the inability to contact an official representative to have this issue solved is preposterous and unprofessional.
