ShinyApps.io Paid plan deactivated after plan downgrade

I had purchased the Professional Plan (monthly) on 7th Feb.
On 9th Feb, I downgraded the plan to the Standard Plan (monthly).

Ideally, I should be on this plan till 7th March. But I can see that I've been moved to Free Plan!!
What is going on? Why am I on the Free Plan despite paying for the Standard Plan?

Any help would be appreciated on urgent basis, I'm losing money here!
