Shinyapps.io account password reset

Hello,

I have shinyapps.io user support related question.

I have a Sinyapps.io account in which I changed my e-mail. I forgot to confirm the e-mail change and now I cant access my account neither with old e-mail nor the new one. Similarly, the password resent does not work.

What to do next?
