Shiny Server Open Source License

Hi everyone,

I believe this is not a new topic. I did look around with the same topic but I still cannot have the concrete answer.

I want to know whether I can use Shiny Server Open Source (without changing the code of Shiny Server) and serve the Shiny Apps (built by myself leveraging R & other open source packages) as a service to my clients (of course with fee charged).

Am I allowed to do that by the current AGPLv3 license stated by Posit?
