Shiny landing page

I need to start my application with a home page which is basically an image full screen which has a button Go to application.
When pressing button the page should scroll down to my main application which has tabs and all functionality.
I have created a file html which seems like the layout I want but I cannot integrate my application in one part of this html file.

Any other approach to this problem?
