Shiny issues post Connect upgrade.

We've recently upgraded Posit Connect on our RHEL 8 host to version 2023.05. Post upgrade, Shiny server web page shows the below error message. Can you please suggest? Many thanks.

The application failed to start.
The application exited during initialization.

Shiny-server: shiny-server-1.5.20.1002-1.x86_64

Log:
