What is considered at 25 hours / month usage? I just deployed an app and barely had it open for 15 mins. In the usage statistics, it says - 0.2 hours of app time used, but the total used is 2.12 hours. In the settings, I also changed the default timeout to be 5 mins , down from 15 mins.
Is it because I deployed the app for the fist time and troubleshooted some issues with it - the 2 hours got consumed? What are the other ways to save active time? In the app dashboard, it says app is "running" do I need to stop the instance?
