Shiny app changes will not save

I uploaded this small Shiny app file from my C:\ drive as it was created on my local RStudio. However, when I tried to make changes to it and save in RCloud (clicking the Save icon) it did not save with the changes. Also when I ran the application it executed without the changes made and it was not possible to reload.

Appreciate any help.
