I am missing arrows for the scroll bar in the console and the source pane.
I am using a dark theme together with the "modern" or "sky" option to have an overall dark background (see here for an illustration). However, the "modern" and "sky" themes remove the arrows from the scroll bars in the console pane. Moving around the console window without scrolling arrows is pretty wiggly and often imprecise thus annoying. The "classic" theme still has scroll bar arrows, but also comes with the white backgrounds for the environment and the help panes. So my questions is: can I have the best of the two worlds? A dark modern theme with scroll bar arrows?

BTW: This post explains how to use and customize themes, however, I could not find these options to be either available in my RStudio version 1.1.463 or to do what I want.
