SARI
Authors: Alvaro Santamaria
Abstract: SARI is an open-source R/Shiny app that makes it easy for anyone to analyze discrete time series data interactively on a web browser.
The analysis includes the fitting of mathematical models (polynomial, sinusoidal, exponential, logarithmic) and the statistical analysis of the fit residuals (wavelet, power spectrum, filtering, etc.).
The app can be used with any type of time series. However, many options on the interface are specifically used for position time series obtained from Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS; like GPS). Thousands of GNSS series from the most common public servers are also accessible on the interface.
SARI is mostly used by researchers in Earth science applications. However, the app is designed with a user-friendly interface, making it a useful teaching tool.
Full Description: A full description of the app's usage and of the implemented options can be found in the app's documentation file.
Some examples of time series analysis results can be found on the SARI website at
