Running Multiple R scripts

Hello.

Every morning, I have to run at least 20 different R scripts that pulls in SQL and one script pulls in SQL and Excel.

We tried to automatize this, however the R script will sometimes output a random error. We have identified this error however it can happen. Therefore the atomization can create more of a headache then anything.

So I am all for ideas besides atomization on how we can expedite this process. Is there a certain feature that can run all of the R scripts at once? I am also all for the crazy ideas because that might spark some insight.

Set up some sort of CRON job to run the scripts? All of them run from one script perhaps?
