Rstudio will not start in new Windows 10 upgrade

Description of issue -
Latest Rstudio will not start in Windows 10
Attempted steps taken to fix -
I set the path, deleted any ".R..." startup files.
I checked to see if the Inter 630 driver was up-to-date (it was)
I ran dxdiag diagnostics on driver.

Update: I went in Device Manager and Rolled back the driver. Now R studio will start.

I got it solved.

I got an HP EliteDesk G4 800 with an integrated graphics card, intel 630 graphics chip. The gpl implementation crashes on startup if you have version 25.* of the driver. Rolling back the driver to version 10 works.. but you lose a lot (including dual monitor support).
What you need is the version 26.* of the graphics card driver.. but the only way to get this driver is to update to the most recent version of Windows 10.
