Rstudio Server persistent issues

Hello,

A team member is having a consistent session issue with our deployment of rstudio server.

Every time she authenticates the application and logs in, it crashes within just a few second of starting. I've check the r initialization scripts, and looked at rstudio preferences that might be causing a problem (e.g., loading session data) and also poked around in the .rstudio directory in her linux home directory (most of which is above my paygrade tbh).

We have the same rstudio-server version running on multiple servers and my teammate encounters this problem across all of the servers.

Here's the server version we're working with. Thanks in advance for any help.
