RStudio Plots/Viewer Pane has started automatically maximising - how to disable behaviour?

I'm sure this is a simple issue, but all of a sudden when I create a plot (e.g., plot(iris)), the plots pane in RStudio maximises to full size. I then have to awkwardly reduce its size to keep coding.

Is there an option that I've accidentally activated to cause this behaviour? Struggling to see an option in Tools > Global Options.

Cheers.

The solution to this seemed to be CTRL-ALT-SHIFT-0 (on Windows), which is the shortcut for "Show All Panes" (menu is the tiny icon to the left of "Addins" on the nav bar.
