My github actions were failing today and yesterday when trying to install RCMDCheck. Annoyingly they did not fail until they went to use it, but it looks like it failed to install. Looking through the packagmanager, I am getting a server error when trying to access the package, but I have no idea where or how to report this. The file is:

Hi, thanks for the report, and this is the right place to report issues like this. For future reference, you can tag the post with package-manager and/or public-rspm for higher visibility (this is also linked from the home page).
There was an issue with a few dozen packages not being installable earlier, including the rcmdcheck package, but that issue has now been fixed. Sorry about that.
