Hi, is it enough to install using this link, if the latest version of RStudio is needed? Note, not R, instead RStudio.
I have currently
RStudio 2024.12.1 and Windows 11

Yes, that link is the correct starting point (after which you have to drill down another layer or two to get to the actual installers). Note that this is for the current official release, which you already have. The daily builds (use at your own risk) are at https://dailies.rstudio.com/.
