RStudio keyboard shortcut to reload shiny app?

I am constantly reloading my shiny apps while working on the UI.

Clicking on the "Reload App" button in RStudio (top right of Source panel) is slow compared to a keyboard shortcut, but I cannot find such a shortcut to reload a shiny app.

Does this keyboard shortcut exist?
If not, this feature would be great to have for anyone developing Shiny apps.
