Rstudio is unable to connect to service since I upgrades R

Good day,

I am not an expert, but Yesterday, I upgrade the R-base from 3-5 to 4.0.5 on my cluster.
Since, a collaborator repported my an issue with RStudion.

I tried to login with my account and a popup windows display that message

Unable to connect to service

I wonder, if the R update affected to RStudio functionnality.
Is they some paths to change on Rstudio, because of the R update?

What do you suggest me to do?

Have you tried resetting RStudio's state?

Have you also updated RStudio? I think only the latest version is fully compatible with R >= 4.0.0
