RStudio Global Environment Error, closed RStudio, can't start RStudio

While working in RStudio, I tried to open a dataframe by clicking on it in the Global Environment and got this error:
/grid_resource/gridviewer.html?env=&obj=act_dataset&cache_key=081A9BAF&max_display_columns=50 not found

Also, menu options like Tools and Help were now not available.
I could however still run R code and produce various charts etc.
Once I closed out of RStudio, I could not reopen. There is no error message, nothing at all.
Under appdata\Local and appdata\Roaming, I have renamed the RStudio folders but this did not solve the issue

What happens if you try to run RStudio from a command prompt?

Thanks! I will try that next time. I ended up reinstalling R-Studio and haven't had the issue again.
