RStudio error with opening and saving files in Windows 10

When using RStudio in Windows 10 to open files (Ctrl + O > Open) or to save files (Ctrl + S) I get the following error:

However, I am able to open existing files using the files window (in the bottom right corner).

This error only occurred after I upgraded RStudio recently.

Does anyone have any experience with such an issue?
