RStudio Download not working

Hi

I have an old MacBook Pro running OS X (El Capitan) Version 10.11.6.
I was able to download an older compatible R version. Now, the download of the RStudio Desktop 1.1.463 is not working. Does anybody know why? And what can I do about it?
