Hello! Maybe someone know where can I find the proper version for RStudio Desktop to download instead of regular one available now, so that it would be compatible with Windows 8.1 64 -bit.
It downloaded fine, yet when I open the desktop it gives an error. Why so ? I have no other PC and I need RStudio Desktop to try out simply for studying purposes shortterm. What could be a solution ? And why do softwares do not support windows 8.1 ? 10 years is not too old .
Hi ! I appreciate Your reply. Unfortunately no, due to the fact, that links suggested there are either wrong, or broken, or do not contain a link to R studio client to choose earlier version, and actually download it. Not sure, where I can find the previous versions right now .
I have explored this thread, and that is the reason I was forced to ask the question again.
