I have upload my Arabic Dataset in RStudio from Excel, and I don't have a problem with that.
However, when I graph it the the letters appears from left to write and it is not readable

RTL is an open feature request for RStudio. See this issue which also suggests at least two workarounds, involving ACE and css
(When I studied Arabic in school, I was very happy with RTL, since I am left handed!)
