Problem: Unable to edit user or app data (or create new API keys) through the RStudio Connect UI

It appears that whenever I am making any edits in the UI of Rstudio Connect the HTTP requests that Connect's UI makes to its REST API gets rejected with 403. Only PUT and POST requests get rejected, GET's return fine.
Any ideas on why this would be? My account is admin in the Rstudio Connect DB.
I looked through the software documentation to try to figure out what identity the RStudio Connect UI is making these requests as but no success. Any info is appreciated!
