I'm new using RStudio Cloud (I'm learning), I was practicing a few days ago and today when I open a new project and I want to install the "tydiverse" library it says that it is not available for this version. How can I update the version if I am using a cloud account.

You are just making a typo, the package name is tidyverse not tydiverse, I just checked and install.packages("tidyverse") works as expected in RStudio Cloud.
