RStudio Cloud Project - Unable to load packages after updating to New OS

Hi,

My Rstudio Cloud Project Id is - RStudio Cloud. The process of updating the installed packages after the recent OS Upgrade got stalled in between a few days back and now I am unable to load any of the packages in this project.

For example when I enter library(tidyverse) this is the error message I am getting which is pretty much the same for any package I try to load.

Error: package or namespace load failed for ‘tidyverse’ in dyn.load(file, DLLpath = DLLpath, ...):
unable to load shared object '/home/rstudio-user/R/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-library/4.0/stringi/libs/stringi.so':
libicui18n.so.55: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Is there a way to resolve this error so that I start working back on this project ?
