I went through all subscriptions at https://rstudio.cloud/plans/free and I don't see any subscription for regular individuals (not academics, etc.). Free account has limited number of hours, according to docs:
The Cloud Free plan has a cap each month of 15 project hours. Once you reach the cap, you can no longer open or create projects during your current month.
I'm looking for subscription like Premium one but for individuals (with hours after limit in model pay-as-you-go). I see that you can buy regular premium subscription (if you select list price) for $99, but you will pay more than medium-sized business (it's $50 for them). In my opinion it's strange.
