RStudio Cloud Network Error - URGENT

Hello -

I am seeing network error message when I create new project in R cloud. It creates the new project folder but after that runs into "deploying project" loop forever. See image. Can someone please help with a work around? I have to submit a project by end of tomorrow and need to run some scripts.
