I´m having trouble installing the library CNEr. How it can be rectified, locally, This package is installed without any troubles.

By default, projects in RStudio Cloud have 1 GB of RAM to work with. This is probably not enough to build CNEr. If you have the right subscription, you can increase the RAM on your project and retry.
