Rstudio blank screen on windows

I had a previous working version of R (4.0.3) and an older Rstudio that were working fine. I then uninstalled them completely and did a fresh install of the newest versions (4.2.0) and the newest version of Rstudio. I get a complete blank screen whenever I open Rstudio. The toolbars work but don't do anything. I tried the holding cntl and different rendering settings. I installed R 4.0.5 and an older version of Rstudio, same error. I've tried most fixed I've found online, nothing works. Please let me know of any solution.

I also tried resetting Rstudio's state, that didn't work either.
