RStudio Access is Denied when updating global options

Hello! I am having an issue after downloading the new RStudio (on a PC, Windows 10). When I try to update my global options (specifically the Editor Theme) I get the error message of "Access is Denied".

I didn't get this error message when using the prior version of RStudio.

Thank you for any advice!

Looks maybe similar to this: Permission Denied Error When Updating Global Options (but they were on a Mac and also the conversation seems closed/not visible).
