End user is unable to access files on a shared network drive when using RStudio (File>Open File...). Works with drag and drop. Verified access to shared drives.
Is the problem that File > Open File cannot navigate to the correct directory, or that the file is located but fails to open (in which case is there an error message)?
Thanks for replying. It can navigated to the correct directory. It fails to open the file. The error message is "Error while opening file. The system cannot find the file specified."
Can you try the current version of RStudio and see if the issue persists (in case it is an old bug that was fixed)?
