RStudio 2023.03.0+386 & R for Windows 4.2.3 - POPUP

Hello,

We are having an issue with the deployment of RStudio 2023.03.0+386 & R for Windows 4.2.3.

After the installation of RStudio and R 4.2.3 by the first start this popup window appears:
RSTudio_Popup

With the previous version of RStudio&R that didn't happend.
Is this a bug or something has to be configured to avoid it?
