RStudio 1.4.XXX persistent bugs

Ever since upgrading to RStudio 1.4, if I connect to an external monitor (using a video card) when R is already open it will close without prompting save. I thought I read somewhere that Version 1.4.XX would solve it but it has persisted. Now I am also unable to save an applied change to a keyboard shortcut (Redo has two Editor shortcuts, I keep overriding so both state CTRL+Y instead of CTRL+SHIFT+Z and CTRL+Y since CTRL+Y is unrecognized as long as CTRL+SHIFT+Z is allowed).
Should I be reporting these bugs somewhere else?

Using Version 1.4.1717 "Juliet Rose" (df86b69e, 2021-05-24) for Windows

If you are sure this is a bug, then you could file an issue on the GitHub repository just make sure to follow their issues reporting guidelines.
