I'm eager to play with the new user-editable configuration files in the RStudio 1.3. Is there a good source of documentation (or a blog post) that describes the location of the new configuration files and their contents? The .rstudio-desktop directory (under MacOS) has a lot of stuff in it and it's hard to sleuth out what's new in a 1.2->1.3 upgrade.

I blame a lingering post Rstudio::conf illness for not recalling the session I sat in at the conference that specifically called out that the new 1.3 configuration files live in ~/.config/rstudio be default (unless the user overrides via env variable). My query is solved, but this would be a really good thing to document prominently for new users!
