Rstudio 1.2 not knitting rgl object in rglwidget

I have an rmd file that generates rgl 3d outputs, if I use Rstudio 1.1 it works perfectly

but if I use Rstudio 1.2 to knit it the html will leave a white space after rglwidget() but not showing any plot, is this just my problem or is there something with Rstudio?
