I would like to build an app for hours allocation in R, the managers will need to update the data on an ongoing basis, around 400 rows with 5 columns , ( the source at the moment is excel)
I need to provide easy access to the manger, thus they will update the planned ours for their employees, what will be the best approach, do I need to use sql lite or can I still use the excel and overwrithe the original excel or use SQL or csv
